Case No. 56 of 2025 arising out of Kisko P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 394 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-II, Lohardaga. 3. On 29.08.2024, Kisko Police, apprehended this petitioner and on search, a firearm was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than a year. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-II, Lohardaga in connection with S.T.
