The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhurwa (Tupudana) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025(N) corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 135 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 18(c), 22(c), 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that 1.7 kgs of opium were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized opium comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi in connection with Dhurwa (Tupudana) P.S.
