The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "A. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents no. 2 to decide the Representation of the petitioner dated- 22.1.2025 which has been pending before him till today (Annexure no. 5), to this writ petition which has been pending till today. B. Issue any other writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to respondents constructed the chack Marg(18 kadi Chauda) in Gata no. 17 area about .073hec. and also passed such order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3. From perusal of the representation, it is apparent that in the garb of this writ petition, the petitioner wants to get the order passed by this Court in P.I.L. No.2086 of 2024 to be complied with. 4.
