The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 63/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) & 311 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 24.07.2024, the informant was waylaid by six unknown persons near Timra Bar Toli. The unknown persons looted about Ninety Five Thousand rupees from the informant and his companion. 4. From the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner was identified by the informant. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade after three months from the date of his arrest. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
