This writ application has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties to demolish the construction raised over Plot No. 1960 under Khata No. 886 (Kissam Gochara) situated in Mouza- Samaraipur in the district of Bhadrak to have access to the land of the Petitioner over Plot Nos. 1969/6029 and 1970/6030 under Khata No. 821/4690 of the same Mouza. 3. In course of hearing, Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the petitioner is claiming an easementary right over a piece of Gochar land, along with other relief, interest of justice will be best served if he approaches the competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievance. 4.
