Petitioner's claim for retiral dues etc has been substantially addressed and an amount of about Rs.17 lakhs has been paid to her on 30.6.2025 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that aforesaid amount has been received by the petitioner in her bank account. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that still certain payments are not made towards Group Insurance. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that claim of the petitioner for Group Insurance will be cleared within a short period. 6. In the aforesaid circumstances, grievance of petitioner has been substantially addressed and an amount of about Rs.17 lakhs has been paid to her. So far as remaining grievance is concerned in respect of Group Insurance, since matter is seized with concerned respondent, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that same be paid to the petitioner within a short period.
