The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner has worked as Guest Lecturer (Zoology) at Govt. Vedram College Malkharoda, District Sakri (C.G.) vide order dated 30-08-2024 and his tenure is over from 30-05-2025. He has already acquired his CG-SET 2024 certificate and submitted before the college and prayed for acceptance of his certificate of CG-SET 2024, so that he may continue on the Guest Lecturer in further appointment, if any. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/State would submit that it is for the college concern to consider the candidature as well as certificate of the petitioner, in accordance with law, if the post is advertised or the college is required the Guest Lecturer in their college. 4. Be that as it may, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the parties that, if the college is required any Guest Lecturer (Zoology), the candidature of the petitioner as well as his CG-SET 2024 certificate may be considered by the college, in accordance with law. 5.
