The petitioner is the holder of the above bank account with the 1st respondent bank. The petitioner contends that the 1st respondent has frozen the petitioner’s bank account pursuant to the requisition received from the 2nd respondent. The action of the 1st respondent is illegal and arbitrary. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 4. The learned Government Pleader submitted that based on a requisition received from the National 2025:KER:25718 W.P.(C)No.7717 of 2025 3 Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (NCCRP), the 2nd respondent has issued requisition to the 1st respondent to debit freeze the petitioner’s bank account. Based on the said requisition, the 2nd respondent has registered Crime No.1578/2024 and the same has been reported to the Jurisdictional Magistrate. In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is closed, by reserving the right of the petitioner to move the Jurisdictional Magistrate and work out his remedies, in accordance with law. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
