By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly call for the records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the admissible dues and payment pending in lieu of work completed by the petitioner firm with applicable interest for the delay caused, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the pending representations of the petitioner firm. 10.4 That any other relief, which this Hon’le Court may deem just and fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the representation dated 21.04.2025 before the Collector, Surajpur, C.G. which has not been decided till date. He therefore prayed for a direction to the Collector to decide his representation. 3 3. On the other hand, counsel for the State opposes the contention made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the short prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the representation filed by the petitioner on 21.04.2025 shall be decided by the respondents, expeditiously as soon as possible, in accordance with law/rules/regulations and subject to verification, if there is any undisputed amount in favour of the petitioner, it shall be disbursed as early as possible. 6.
