The petitioner is challenging the inaction on the part of the respondents in awarding the service weightage of 10 marks to the petitioner by reckoning the service of the petitioner from 10.02.2002 to 12.02.2004 through Brothers Engineering and Erectors Limited and the service from -2- 10.05.2008 to 09.05.2010 through NMR Construction & Consultancy Service, in respect of selection to the post of Junior Plant Attendant notified vide notification dt.05.01.2011 and supplementary notification dt.17.10.2011. 2. This Court, vide order dated 03.04.2013, directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend the trade test and also permitted the petitioner to submit his original I.T.I. certificate, hall ticket and online application. 3. The learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that notification dated 05.01.2011 and the supplementary notification dt.17.10.2011 were subsequently cancelled. 4. Recording the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 5. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 6.
