The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68191 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are residing in the State of Mumbai for their livelihood. Due to mistake, the Pairvikar has not communicated these petitioners about the order of this Court so they could not Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34555 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 surrender and furnish their bail bonds within the stipulated time. 4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc.
