Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 240 of 2025 arising out of Dhurki P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 85, 352, 351(3), 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, Ruksana Khatoon, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that initially the case was registered for the offence under Section 80 of the B.N.S., but subsequently, charge-sheet has been submitted for the offence under Section 108 of the B.N.S. It was further submitted that the witnesses have stated that the deceased had committed suicide, as there was some altercation between her and the petitioner and the petitioner has chastised her for not preparing food. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
