Petitioner has challenged only the order dated 15.11.2008 passed by the Appellate Authority in disciplinary proceedings and the order dated 11.3.2008, passed by Disciplinary Authority whereby taking note that petitioner got retired during pendency of disciplinary proceedings, he was imposed a recovery of 40 percent of the amount determined which was left without adjustment was not challenged. 3. So far as other retiral benefits are concerned, it appears that same has already been granted, therefore, reliefs sought cannot be granted since basic order passed by Disciplinary Authority was not challenged. 4. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed with a cost of Rs.5000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in the High Court Bar Association Allahabad within one week. 5. A copy of this order be sent to the petitioner at his given address.
