For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for restoration, it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the orders dated 05.09.2024 and 26.11.2024. Consequently, the restoration application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur.
