The impugned order is dated 15.04.2025, however, ABA moved by the petitioner before this Court in ABA No.2711 of 2025 was disposed of by order dated 09.05.2025 and the observation is there in favour of the petitioner in that order. 3. In view of above, since after disposal of ABA No.2711 of 2025 on the fresh ground the petitioner has not moved before the learned Sessions Judge and in that view of the matter the petitioner is required to move before the learned Sessions Judge first on the fresh ground.
