This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the provisional list dated 18.08.2025 vide Annexure-F issued by respondent Nos.1 to 3 and also sought for a writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the objections submitted by the petitioner to the provisional list vide Annexure-H dated 21.08.2025 before respondent No.3, in respect of Sl.No.106 of the provisional list in Hosa Jirala Kalgudi-3 Anganawadi Center in Kanakagiri Taluk, Koppal District. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11147 WP No. 106329 of 2025 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner restricts her prayer only regarding writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider the objections filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-H insofar as Sl.No.106 of the provisional list. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondents. 4. The respondents have invited applications for the post of Anganawadi Helper. The petitioner and other candidates have submitted their applications and respondent Nos.1 to 3 have scrutinized the applications submitted by the candidates. The petitioner has submitted an objection to the application submitted by respondent No.4 contending that the petitioner has scored more marks than respondent No.4 and respondent Nos.1 to 3 have shown the name of respondent No.4 in the provisional list and respondents Nos.1 to 3 have not considered the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11147 WP No. 106329 of 2025 objections submitted by the petitioner and no order is passed on the objections submitted by the petitioner. 5. Learned High Court Government Pleader submit that if a reasonable time is granted to respondent No.3, respondent No.3 would consider the objections filed by the petitioner and pass an appropriate order. 6. In view of the submission made by the learned High Court Government Pleader, the petition is allowed. 7. Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the objection submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-H within one week from today and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 8.
