Case No. 57 of 2024 and Cyber Case No. 82 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 120(B), 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 66 (E), 67, 67(B) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime, Giridih. 3. Bail applications of the petitioner were earlier twice rejected by this Court. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have made nude photograph of victim viral on the social media. He also created a fake account in the name of the victim and posted her obscene photographs. 5. A report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, five witnesses have been examined. The Trial Court has also reported that the trial is likely to conclude within three months. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is likely to be concluded in near future, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
