For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) or a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon and directing the respondents to remove the encroachment on the riverbed land situated at Mouza Raghunandanpur, No. 166, Ananbadi Jamabandi No. 289, Dag No. 769, an area of 24 Bigha, 5 Kathha and 4 Dhurs, the part of Ishi riverbed and restore the said land to its original condition. ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) or a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon and directing the respondents to do the needful in accordance with law to remove the encroachment of Ishi riverbed and to take the coercive action the encroachers.” 2. It appears that the petitioner is not a directly affected person and as such he has no locus to maintain the present writ petition. 2025:JHHC:34962 2 W.P.(C) No.6082 of 2025 3. However, for protecting the right of a river, the present writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse of other law or forum available to him under the law. 4.
