JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 23/09/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of reply filed by the respondents that subsequent to cause of action accrued in the instant writ petition, the petitioner's services were terminated and his appeal against the termination order was also dismissed, he does not want to press the writ petition at this stage. However liberty was sought to file a fresh writ petition in case, cause of action still survives. In view of above statement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
