Sharma, petitioner in person through video conferencing. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General for respondents / State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “i. That, this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding respondent nos.3-5 to decide & passed the speaking order with regard the petitioner 3 pending representation (Ann. P/2) within period of 30 days & also the direct to respondent nos.3-5 take effective action as per Form-9 in NIT No/171236,171290,171272 & made verification in the light of form-9. ii. That, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent nos.3-5 to as per Form-9 in NIT No/171236,171290,171272 the mandatory condition would taken it consideration while deciding the issue & they found that the participant /contractors or any of them breach/volition of law then the strict corrosive steps/action may be taken against the participant /contractors in according to law; 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh as the petition suffers from various defects. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
