The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bashishtnagar P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and entire family members have been implicated in this case. She further submits that by the last order case diary dairy was called wherein para 30 injury report is there which shows that one cut injury has been received however allegation is made that three blow was made by the petitioner. She then submits that occurrence is said to be dated 12.05.2025 and F.I.R has been lodged on 14.05.2025. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant oppose the prayer and submit that allegations of assault and injury are there and in view of that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner may kindly be rejected. In the F.I.R. it has been alleged that three blow has been given by the petitioner however in the injury report only one cut injury has been found, the occurrence is said to be dated 12.05.2025 and F.I.R has been lodged on 14.05.2025 and entire family members of the petitioner have been implicated in this case 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Bashishtnagar P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.11.12.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
