A complaint came to be preferred by respondent No.2, wife of petitioner No.4 in Police Station, Women Cell, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. An application was filed by the private respondents for calling status report from the concerned Police Station, whereupon status report came to be presented before CJM Jammu. 02. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the status report presented before learned CJM is conspicuously silent about the actual facts. 03. Having regard to the limited nature of controversy, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to learned CJM to send for a detailed status report and record from the concerned Police Station and dispose of the matter in accordance with law after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to both the sides. 04.
