The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(4), 317(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 66C and 66D I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi 3. On 08.07.2025 at about 09.40 pm, Kotwali Police, on the basis of confidential information apprehended the petitioner along with co- accused persons. On search, mobile phone and Sim cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to say that the mobile phone, which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, was used in cheating anyone. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
