Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it was the submission made on behalf of the petitioner therein that application against the Demand Notice dated 16th July, 2025, has been filed by the petitioner in the appeal against the main demolition action/activity filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“ATMCD”). 4.
