ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to pass orders particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not continuing the services of the petitioner when the post is vacant and engaging a substitute guest faculty on hourly basis as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the established service jurisprudence and violative of Art. 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and grant such other relief as may be deemed just and proper in the circumstances of the case…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K. Jagan Mohan Reddy,
learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be
disposed since the relief has become infructuous.
3. Sri P. Harinath Gupta, learned Counsel for the respondents is in attendance.
