Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Standing for the State-respondents and perused the records. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 09.04.2024 passed by respondent no.2 and order dated 22.03.2025 passed by respondent no.4 (contained as Annexure Nos.1 and 1A to this writ petition)." 3. It is submitted by Sri Ashok Khare that during pendency of the writ petition, the election of the Society namely Vidhya Vikas Samiti, Banda has taken place. In such view of the fact, it is prayed that a direction be issued to the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Bareilly (respondent no.2) that before taking any decision in respect of the election, the objection of the petitioner may be considered and decided by him. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Bareilly (respondent no.2) that in case any objection is filed by the petitioner against the election of the Society, which had taken place on 16.04.2025, the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law, before registering the list of office bearers of the Society, after hearing all the concerned parties.
