The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 217/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) & 311 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. On 14.07.2025 at about 10:30 P.M., dacoity was committed in the 132/33 Kv. Grid Sub-station, Namkum. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Namkum P.S.
