The petitioner seeks directions that the respondent no.3 may be directed to decide the representation submitted to him. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a teacher in KLDAV Intermediate College, Roorkee, District Haridwar (“the college”). The juniors have been promoted. Much illegality is being done in the college. The petitioner has given multiple representations, but the representations have not been considered by the respondent-authorities; lastly a representation dated 22.04.2024, i.e. Annexure No.15, was submitted to the respondent no.3, which has not been decided. Learned State Counsel would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner may be decided within a period of four weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel.
