W.P.No.10375 of 2025 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the reprsentation that is made by the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner is that the lease that is granted in respect of the land was terminated on
03.12.2021. By efflux of time also, the lease period is already over. Therefore, in view of the Rule 152 of the Petroleum Rules, 2002 and Rules 49 and 57 of the Gas Cylinder Rules, 2015, it is for the first respondent to consider the issue. 3.Mr.A.Kumaraguru, learnd counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. The first respondent shall take up the representation dated 24.01.2025 made by the petitioner for enquiry. The first respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 4. The first respondent shall hear the petitioner as well as the objections, that may be raised by the respondents 2 to 4 and decide the issue, in accordance with law.
