This Court, vide order dated 03.11.2024, passed in MCRC No.6778 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Adesh Kumar Soni & Rambahadur, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2025.08.06 10:43:59 +0530 2 earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier, on two occasions, i.e, 03.11.2023 and 14.02.2025, this Court had granted time for compliance with the order dated 03.11.2023 regarding the conclusion of the trial. 4. The learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Surajpur District - Surajpur (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 11.07.2025, has requested an extension of more time that this case was directed to be resolved within 05 months from the order dated 14.02.2025, the period of which is expiring on 13-07- 2025. There are a total of 27 prosecution witnesses in the said case, out of which 14 witnesses have been deposed at present and evidence of other 13 witnesses is yet to be taken, for which additional time is required, therefore he prays for grant of further more time to conclude the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
