Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these bail applications are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025, S.T. Case No. 372 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 309(6) & 103(1) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 27/35 of the Arms Act, subsequently cognizance taken under Section 310(3) of B.N.S and Sections 27/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Pratima Oraon, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribag / pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribag. On 15.04.2025 at about 11:30 a.m., the husband of the informant was shot dead by unknown robbers during the course of robbery in front of Sijhuwa High School, Ichak. It was submitted that petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R nor they were put on T. I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sunil Kumar has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 6716/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Pratima Oraon, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribag / to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribag, in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025, S.T.
