Counsel for petitioner points out that vide order dated 15th April 2025, a typographical error has crept in paragraph 2 of the said order. The reference to “re-sealed” should be read as “de-sealed”. 2. Considering that it is in the context of order dated 03rd April 2024, the plea of the petitioner is correct. 3. The typographical error in order dated 15th April 2025, be corrected, and the order be read as “de-sealed”. 4. Counsel for petitioner, further states that the directions given in paragraph 5 of the order dated 15th April 2025 could not be carried out due to the typographical error which had crept in the order. 5. Since only now, the typographical error stands corrected, directions passed in paragraph 5 of the said order shall be carried out on or before 10th September 2025. This is a digitally signed order.
