The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 13/2025 arising out of Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 196/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 22, 25, 27A & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. On 30.09.2025 at about 9:00 P.M., Godda (Town) police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from a place near Kurman Over Bridge. On search, 150.30 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that quantum of recovered brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph no. 22 of the bail application. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with N.D.P.S.
