Vide order dated 04.09.2024 of this Court, despite repeated calls, no one appeared on behalf of the Applicant, therefore, this Court has dismissed MAC No.1426/2016 for want of prosecution. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that on 04.09.2024, learned arguing Counsel was engaged in another Court, therefore, he was not present when the matter was called. 3. Taking into consideration the submission and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore MAC No.1426/2016 subject to deposit Rs.1,000/- before the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of one week from today failing which this order shall lose its efficacy. 4.
