KOTHA RAMA MOHAN RAO(SC FOR SVVUT) The Court made the following ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “….to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in cancelling the Employment Notification Advt.No.2/RC/2011, dated 27.08.2011 and consequently issuing the Employment Notification Advt.No.1/RC/2012, dated 27.07.2012 as illegal, arbitrary, ultra virus the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.65, dated 15.02.1997 and G.O.Ms.No.420 dated 18.11.1995 and volatile of 14, 16(4)(b) and 21 of the constitution of India ...”. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, he has sent notice to the petitioner for getting instructions and the same was returned with an endorsement that ‘petitioner is not residing in the same address’. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to get instructions from the petitioner. 3. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through an Advocate. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
