The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the impugned FIR dated 22.05.2023, final report dated 05.07.2023 and Criminal Case No. 966/2023, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh stating that in the present matter, charges have already been framed against the petitioner and the same needs to be challenged further. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to law. 5.
