JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 07/10/2025 This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dholpur to decide the complaint No. 01/2024 at earliest within a time bound manner. However, a Constitution Bench in the case of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad versus State of U.P. and Ors.; 2024 INSC 150, restrained the High Courts to issue any direction to the trial Courts/Tribunals to decide the cases in time bound manner except in exceptional circumstances. No such exceptional circumstance has been brought to notice of this Court by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view thereof, no direction can be issued by this Court.
