Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rail (Ranchi) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 20(b)(ii) (B) /29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi. 3. On 30.07.2025 at 6.15 p.m., Railway Police, Ranchi apprehended this petitioner from Platform No. 1 at Ranchi Railway Station. On search, 6.00 kg. of cannabis was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph- 16 of this bail application. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in connection with Rail (Ranchi) P.S.
