The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 131/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 731/2025, for the offence registered under Section 108 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. Petitioner was in talking terms with the deceased. Family members of the deceased had warned the petitioner not to talk to the deceased. On 15.06.2025, deceased was found hanging from a tree in the nearby forest. Suspicion has been raised against this petitioner that due to torture meted out by him, deceased has committed suicide. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
