CORAM: JOINT REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) BHAWANI SHARMA O R D E R % 01.08.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 17.07.2025 for compliance with respect to the additional payment of Rs. 7,50,000/- in following manner:- a) A sum of INR 2,50,000/- shall be paid to the mother of the deceased by way of a demand draft; b) A sum of INR 2,50,000/- shall be paid to the major son of the deceased by way of a demand draft; c) A sum of INR 2,50,000/- shall be paid to the minor son of the deceased, to be secured by way of a fixed deposit in his name. Mr. Neeraj, major son is present in Court and received the demand draft No. 57/00079 dated 21.07.2025 drawn on Canara Bank of India for a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- and Master Dheeraj Kumar, minor son is also present in Court and received the demand draft No. This is a digitally signed order. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 06/08/2025 at 11:54:28 57/00081 dated 21.07.2025 drawn on Canara Bank of India for a sum of Rs. 2,50,000. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the minor son of the deceased has received the payment of Rs. 2,50,000/-, the same be secured through FDR through the guardian in the bank. The guardian of minor son i.e. Master Dheeraj Kumar is directed to do the needful to secure the said sum by way of fixed deposit in his name. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has transferred the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- to Ms. Chandrakala Devi through online mode. Acknowledgment slip has also been handed over across the board. The same is taken on record. Concerned IO/SHO is directed to verify whether payment has been received by the mother and file the report before the next date of hearing. Renotify on 16.10.2025.
