Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail petition. 3. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court in A.B.A. No.1162 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 09.05.2025. He then submits that in absence of any changed circumstances the second ABA application has been filed. 4. In view of above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail petition.
