Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher at GSSS Kujji, District Sirmour. It is his case that his wife is suffering from Cancer and is now under treatment. Yes. 2 family circumstances being faced by him, the petitioner preferred a representation (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2, seeking his transfer. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
