Earlier to find out the possibility of settlement in between the parties learned senior counsel Mr. A.S. Rawat was appointed as a mediator and the parties were directed to appear before him so that the mediator shall explore the possibility of settlement between the parties. 5. Subsequent thereto both the parties appear before the Mediator on 30.07.2025 and then with the consent of the parties matter was posted on 05.08.2025, however, on 05.08.2025 no amicable settlement could be arrived, hence, mediation proceedings were closed 6. Today, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder, on instructions apprise to this court that as on date there is no threat to the petitioner from respondent nos. 4 to 8, however, as and when if there is any threat perception then the concerned S.H.O. shall immediately assess the same and take appropriate steps. 7. In such view of the matter, since as on date there is no threat to the petitioner from the private respondent, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction that if in future there is any threat perception from the private respondents the concerned S.H.O. shall assess and take appropriate steps. 8.
