The petitioner has challenged the amended transfer order dated 23.07.2025 whereby his transferred place of posting has been changed from Kanker to Bijapur. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is presently working as Assistant Grade-I in the office of Executive Engineer, Project Division Kanker. He was transferred vide order dated 30.05.2025 to the office Superintending Engineer, Circle Kanker, Kanker. Thereafter, another order dated 23.07.2025 has been issued by which the place of posting of the petitioner has been changed and now he has been transferred to the office of Executive Engineer, O&M Division, Bijapur, which is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is willing to move representation to the respondent No.2 against the transfer order dated 23.07.2025 in view of Clause-1.2 & 1.4 of the Transfer Policy dated 19.09.2018 applicable to CSPDCL and in turn the respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the representation within stipulated time frame under the applicable rules. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period according to the applicable rules and transfer policy dated 19.09.2018. 5. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to move his fresh representation within one week from today to the respondent No.2 along with copy of this order and in turn, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law keeping in view the provisions of Transfer Policy dated 19.09.2018 applicable to respondent-CSPDCL. Till then status 3 quo, as it exists today, with respect to posting of the petitioner shall be maintained by the parties. 6. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
