02/05.02.2025 Heard the Parties.
Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Jama P.S. Case No. 73/2024 registered under sections 303(2),317 of B.N.S 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka.
During the intervening night of 07/08.08.2024, eleven batteries were stolen from BSNL Towers at Ranidinda, Madanpur, Jama. It was submitted that the none of the stolen batteries were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Jama P.S. Case No. 73/2024.
