P HEMACHANDRA The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 29641 OF 2015 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 and 3 in taking action against the respondent No.4 for erection of the 4G Cell Tower on the terrae of the premises belonging to the 5th respondent which is other than the place specified in the NOC issued by the 2nd respondent, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and pass such other orders....” 2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.4 would submit that the construction of Cell Towner is completed long back. 3. While recording the said submission, this Writ Petition, is therefore, disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue their remedies as per G.O.Ms.No.2, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Department (Communications Wing) dated 26.05.2023 issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, if so, advised.
