Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the complainant lodged the report before police station Tikrapara, Raipur that on 27/07/2024 to 31/07/2024 in the house of complainant Vijay Sharma, Kamal Vihar Sector 08, situated office /House in the night some unknown person entered into house of complainant and stolen Jewelry Silver and Gold ring, two piece of coin silver and cash amount of Rs. 20,000/- total worth Rs. 30,000/- which was kept by complainant in his house. On the basis of such report lodged by the complainant the concerned police station Tikrapara Raipur investigated the matter and registered the crime for an offence u/s section 331(4),305(A)317(4) of BNS 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would submit that the applicant is not involved in any such type of crime and only on the basis of suspicion the complainant has lodged the report against unknown person. He would submit that the applicant is in jail since 20/03/2025, charge sheet has been filed and conclusion of trial will take some time, therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the applicant. 4. On the other hand, learned State Counsel had opposed the prayer for grant of bail and submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case before the competent court. He would submit that the applicant has 6 criminal antecedents and bail application of co- 3 accused person namely Mayank Soni has been rejected by this Court in MCRC No.5423/2025 on 07/08/2025, therefore applicant is not entitled for grant of bail. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the fact that bail application of co-accused person namely Mayank Soni has been rejected by this Court in MCRC No.5423/2025 on 07/08/2025 and also the fact that the applicant has 6 criminal antecedents, therefore, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case to enlarge the applicant on regular bail. 7. Accordingly, the bail application of applicant Ritik Verma @ Bhakku- involved in Crime No.610/2024 registered at Police Station Tikrapara, Raipur, District: Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 331(4),305(A),317(4) of BNS 2023, is rejected. 8.
