Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. 2. The petitioner is calling in question the notice issued by the Assistant Commissioner fixing the meeting to consider the ‘no confidence motion’ moved against the petitioner. The requisition is moved by minimum prescribed members of the Grama Panchayath. The notice is issued by providing minimum number of days fixed under the relevant Rules. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is completing her tenure by the end of December-2025, as such, the ‘no confidence motion’ is not maintainable. These are all the matters to be canvassed by the petitioner in the ‘no confidence motion’ scheduled on 13.11.2025. 5. Legally no grounds are made out to entertain the petition. 6.
