Case No. 62 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 303(2), 308(3), 324(4), 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. 3. On 28.08.2025, the petitioner along with co-accused persons intercepted a Bus, bearing Registration No. JH-04AD-4803 from a place near Guhijori hotel, Bindapathar. The accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the driver of the Bus, because prior to the occurrence, he had refused to transport the bicycles of the accused persons. 4. It was submitted that cognizance has not been taken for the offence under Section 109 of the B.N.S. It was further submitted that informant has sustained simple injury. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara, in connection with Bindapathar P.S.
