No representation for the Petitioner. In the earlier occasions also in the year 2013 there was no representation for the Petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondents submits that the claim of the Petitioner already redressed and the lease of the land admeasuring Ac.0.43 cents in Sy.No.1197 attached to Dargah Hazrath Jhunnu Shaheed at Ponnur Road, Guntur Town is extended for further period of three years from 13.02.2024 pursuant to subsequent representation submitted by the Petitioner. 3. In view of the redressal of the grievance of the Petitioner as prayed for, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. ::3:: 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
